Dare to Dream: CACEP Trip 2024 

Dear CACEP friends,

I am back from my Pakistan trip and as usual, the most treasured moments of my visit to Pakistan always revolve around spending time with these wonderful, resilient children.

​This time, we gathered them all from Swat, Mardan, Peshawar and Abbottabad for an Eid Party and Exposure Tour at Peshawar University under the theme "Dare to Dream." 

I was truly amazed by their intelligence, strength, and confidence. Their artistic expressions through drawings and pictures were simply heartwarming. We enjoyed a delightful lunch together, followed by some delicious Peshawari ice cream. 

Our adventure continued with a visit to the forest college and its enchanting Museum and Aquarium, which the children absolutely adored. Saying goodbye to them was undoubtedly difficult. Over the years, we've formed such a beautiful family filled with love, care, and mutual respect.

Thank you Anees, Safina, Saba, and the whole team of CACEP and Haashar Association Volunteers, University of Peshawar for all your sincere efforts and generous hospitality of these resilient children.
